A countdown to Valentine’s day and the many moods it sets us in

My first playlist exudes sexual magnetism, meant to set you in a state where you want to have sex, but can’t at the moment.

It’s the looks you get from across the room. It’s the anticipation you set before you commit the act. It’s the tingling sensation on your skin when they pass by you, and all you want to do is rip their clothes off. It’s the time you take to put on your lingerie, to bask in your sexiness, to feel good in your skin, right before someone tears into it. It’s the finger dragging down your naked back, your spine, setting your whole body alight. It’s the sexual tension between you and a person, charged to the point of bursting. Everyone can see it, but it feels like you are the only two people in the room. It’s the spark before the fire. It’s smooth soundin’, talkin’, and burstin’.

This playlist is mostly a soul, jazz, R’n’B, and bluesy ride, led by legends like Etta James, Ray Charles, Natalie Cole, Marvin Gaye, Bill Withers, and many more. There are a couple of pop songs here and there, as I have made sure to include modern artists as well.
